All I did was use the same amount of macadamia nuts and pitted medjool dates in my Thermomix (I used about 1.5cups of each and you could use a food processor instead if you don’t have a Thermomix). I added a splash of organic unrefined coconut oil and blitzed them until finely processed or smooth. I then lined a tray with baking paper and pressed the mixture into it (about 1.5cm thick) and sprinkled some ground pink Himalayan salt all over the top. I then pressed organic coconut chips onto the top and put it in the freezer for about an hour (or more if need be) until it was hard. Take it out and slice it into bite size pieces and then put it in the freezer to grab whenever you want a whole food and yummy sweet snack.
