I love a simple and yummy lunch for myself on the go. All this has in it is approx. 1tbn soy sauce, 1-2cups homemade chicken broth, 1/2tspn homemade chicken stock paste, 1 spring onions, about 1/2 cup leftover roast chicken and 1 cup of vegetable spaghetti squash I had cooked and stored in the freezer. All heated and ready to go, yum!
Please note: I didn’t measure out the ingredients and did it by feel/taste on what I thought would taste good.
